Scouting Report
Few modern-era defensemen have played as many minutes as effectively as the son of 1980 U.S. gold medal winner Bob Suter. Still skates effortlessly in his late 30s, can play in any situation and has a knack for evading the big hits that cause injuries. Has never been a big goal-scoring defenseman, but generates a lot of assists because he is an excellent passer and has a knack for getting the puck on net.
Long Range Potential: Veteran big-minute defenseman.
